Hi All

I thought I would highlight that it is National Continence Week this week, just in case it a few of you hadn’t noticed!
This is a great opportunity to remind men and women, that there is help available, and they do not have to put up with wet pants, “Oops moments” or avoiding exercise.
1 in 3 people are not doing pelvic floor exercises effectively!
Please help break the cycle of Incontinence being a taboo subject and talk about it.
WHO/49, 1 July 1998
“The NHS estimates that between 3 and 6 million people in the UK have some degree of urinary incontinence. Studies suggest that in the UK “major faecal incontinence” affects 1.4% of the general population over 40 years old and constipation affects between 3% and 15% of the population.”
To change this for people is why I work!
With best wishes
